Company Culture, Goal Setting, and The Future of EntConnect

I just reviewed Dave Shaver's presentations from EntConnect 2006, and set up this Blogsite channel to help us all stay in touch.

Dave Shaver is an outstanding speaker and one really smart guy. At EntConnect 2006 he agreed to take on the position of EMG, (EntConnect Marketing Guy), ;-) and led a discussion looking into things we might do to better stay in touch throughout the year, and make EntConnect even better.

Dave also shared insights on goal setting, and the creation and maintenance of a company culture. We need to look into that as well. What goals do we have for this group of like minded entrepreneurs? What is our culture now, and where are we taking it?

I've created this blog channel to enhance our communications and extend EntConnect beyond our weekend in the spring. Will you help me?

We had some great speakers at EntConnect 2006, and I have them on tape. Who's willing to blog about one of our topics? I,ll get a copy of the tape to you if you'll take the time to create a short series of short posts on it. Any takers?
