| | | November 04, 2006 | | CEA, the Consumer Electronics Association, brings together vendors in all areas of consumer electronics, from Audio to Wireless, in their 40th annual Consumer Electronics Show, CES, this January in Las Vegas Nevada. | by John Gaudio I've covered CES many times over the years. There I learned about early digital cameras, camcorders, Satellite Radio, Megabit Networks, very smart sewing machines, gaming platforms, Network-Attached Storage, (NAS), a wrist watch cell phone, video projectors and too many other things to even think about mentioning here. It's like Christmas for geeks, but don't think it's all fun and games. Decisions determining the flow of billions of dollars will be made this year at CES, so check it out. Below are links to a few posts I made last year. Please check them out, and think about checking out CES first hand this January. http://www.CESWEB.org. |

 | | Lunch at Piero's, Pat Meier Feeds the Press More than Pasta at the Consumer Electronics Show, (CES) in Las Vegas. | | The way to an editor's heart is through his stomach. ;-) Pat puts on a fine lunch (by invitation only) every year at CES. While the food is excellent, the highlights have always been the people and products she brings to Piero's. | | http://abetterblogsite.com/public/item/112078 |
