by John Gaudio, You don't just want more clients. You want more of the right clients. Which of your past and current clients have generated the most profit for you and your law firm? What did you do for them, and how can you find more clients like them? Blog about the problems you've solved for your best clients, the clients that brought you the most profit and personal satisfaction, and your posts will attract new clients searching Google, Yahoo, MSN Search, etc. for similar solutions. Don't make it a sales pitch. Educate your future clients by telling them what you know and how your knowledge and expertise can help them. When potential clients with problems like those you've solved and blogged about see what you've done, and how you've helped others with similar problems, they'll see that you know what you're talking about. The more good content you write, the more you'll be recognized as an expert in your particular area of the law. Your credibility will be enhanced, and people looking for solutions to the problems you're blogging about, will find you. Content is king. Write good content. Keep it fresh. Add posts frequently, and use the best blogging platform you can find. A MyST BlogsiteTM is the most powerful blogging tool I've found. Because of its power, I've chosen to specialize in providing MyST BlogsiteTMs to my clients, to increase their business. Next month, at noon on July 25th, I have the pleasure of speaking to attorneys at the Colorado Bar Association's Technology & Law Policy Section. Please contact Brock Wood or Bennett Sigmond, if the topic interests you, or call me, John Gaudio, at 303-870-1044. |
