For details, please see the link at the bottom of this post. To make sure I spelled Alicia Watson's name correctly, I searched Google for Alicia Watson Delta Airlines. In first place I found an article from 2005 that confirmed the spelling of her name. In second place, and to my great surprise, was the blog post I'd created just a few hours earlier. Delta Hell | A Better Blogsite I have about 170000 miles on Delta's Sky Miles program, and it's hard to use them efficiently out of Denver.
