John McCain chooses Alaska Governor Sarah Palin for Vice President?

In what appears to be a brilliant move, It's claimed that Senator John McCain has chosen Alaska Governor Sarah Palin as his VP for the 2008 Presidential Election.

It's not official, but all indicators point to a brilliant move on the part of John McCain.  Sarah Palin is a solid conservative governor known for cutting government in Alaska.  She is a strong supporter of every child's right to life, and it won't hurt, in this historic election cycle, that she's also a woman.

It appears that history will be made on November 4th, no matter which party prevails.  I pray that the best qualified, most experienced, and most compassionate candidates will take the day.
