One of my clients is Steve Fendrich, president of Pioneer Drama Services in Denver Colorado. Pioneer publishes plays for schools and community theater groups around the world. Late in 2003, Pioneer Drama was coming up not in the top 10 or 20, not even in the top 100 in Google and Yahoo searches for things like Christmas plays and children's plays. Steve wanted to change that.
We created a custom blogsite using the Myst-Technology Platform, and provided Steve with two blogs for himself, his Publisher's Diary, and his Newsletter, plus up to fifteen additional blogs for playwrights. Steve is a prolific writer and began blogging with a passion. After several months both his blogsite and his legacy website moved up, not only to the top 100, and the top 20, but well into the top ten for most of his selected search terms. Google children's plays, and today you'll find he has two of the top ten spots. Google Chirstmas plays and you'll find he's number one.
