Local Results Improve Site Findability with Search Engines

Create local micro sites to make it easier for new customers searching locally to find national companies that provide those services locally as well.

One of my clients is http://www.c-loans.com, a company that helps commercial borrowers find the commercial lenders that meet their needs for specific commercial loans.  A borrower logs into C-Loans.com and creates a short simple loan application, including property type, state, county, loan amount, and even pictures.  C-Loans.com then searches hundreds of lenders to find only those who make loans that fit the the size, location, property type, etc. for that loan.

For every state in the union, C-Loans has lenders willing to lend, so if someone searches Google for a Commercial Loan in Texas, it makes sense for C-Loans.com to show up.  For this reason we're creating unique sites for each of the fifty states.  Each is specific to that state, each has both the term Commercial Loan and the specific state in the URL, and each provides valuable information, including a link to the C-Loans.com system, relating to Commercial Loans in that state.  This also provides more good links to C-Loans.com, which also helps increase the findability of C-Loans.
